RLC Residences has topped off Tower D of its AmiSa Private Residences project in Mactan, Cebu, bringing the company a step closer to completing its coastal residential development launched in 2022.

The 16-storey tower, located within a beachfront enclave overlooking Magellan Bay, Olango Island, and the Hilutungan Channel, is the latest addition to RLC Residences’ upscale residential offerings in the area.

It features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with large windows and glass balconies designed to maximize natural light and ventilation.

Senior executives from RLC Residences, including Senior Vice President John Richard Sotelo and construction head Engr. Emmanuel Arce, attended the topping-off ceremony alongside project partners.

“We are delighted to reach this milestone for Tower D of AmiSa Private Residences and excited for our homebuyers to soon experience what this development has to offer,” Sotelo said in a statement.

Once completed, residents will have access to a Sky Lounge on the top floor, as well as lifestyle amenities such as a private theater, clubhouse, game room, swimming pool, jogging path, grilling area, and gym. Homeowners will also enjoy exclusive privileges at the adjacent Dusit Thani Mactan Resort.

The development is part of RLC Residences’ broader push to offer premium living spaces in resort-style settings across key locations in the Philippines.
